Shipping & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ship orders within 24 hours. Most orders are packaged and ready for shipping within (2) business days of ordering. If your order needs to have milling or custom handling, please allow time for the process to be complete.
After your order is placed and paid for, you will be contacted via email when your order ships.
Store Pickup – Free – Warehouse hours 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday
We can accommodate orders to be picked up in-store that are placed online or by phone. Please allow (2) hours for us to pull your order. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Ship out –Local is within a 75-mile radius of our location and within the state of Texas.
Local Ship out – Ship outs are based on 8am to 4pm – Monday through Friday.
Local Ship out – You will be contacted via email when your order ships.
Local Hot Shot Delivery – This is for delivery to commercial and residential deliveries within the state of Texas. Pricing is based on distance and weight. Delivery will be on a flatbed truck or trailer, customers will be responsible for unloading it. While we attempt to keep our prices stable, fuel costs may cause prices to fluctuate at the time of delivery.
We are required by the State of Texas to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to an address within the State of Texas, unless you can provide us with a signed tax exemption certificate.
LTL Freight Shipping
You will be required to enter the correct information based on your delivery location to get the correct price for shipping. There may be additional charges depending on how and where the material is being delivered. The following are examples:
Residence (w/liftgate) – delivers to a home or residence. (business in a residence is a residential delivery.)
Non-Commercial – construction site, government site, hospital, school, trade show.
Liftgate – no dock available for use upon delivery.
Limited Access – destination requires special instructions, such as a gate code to deliver, or a 53 ft truck cannot easily access the delivery site.
Appointment/Notification for Delivery – notification is needed prior to delivery or receiving hours outside of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We only ship to the lower 48 states - not Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. No international shipping.
If you need to return orders (other than defective material) that are shipped LTL, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return. Please see our refund policy.

Made-to-Order or Custom items are Non-Refundable.
Plywood Company of Fort Worth, Inc. offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receipt of your item(s) to request a return.
Returns 30 to 90 days will incur a 15% restocking charge.
No returns after 90 days.
To be eligible for a return:
The items must be in the same condition as you received it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

If your item arrived damaged or unsatisfactory, please include photos to expedite the return process. If the product needs to be returned by LTL Freight for other than defective material, you will be responsible for the return freight charges.
Within 24 hours, we will acknowledge your request.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will confirm that we have issued your refund. Please allow up to (1) week for the refund to show up on your payment method.
Damaged and Unsatisfactory Items
In the event you receive damaged material, or it doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. Please include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
