WOOD EDGEBAND - WHITE OAK - PREGLUED
WHITE OAK PREGLUED 7/8" 250' ROLLWHITE OAK – PRE-GLUED - FLEECE BACKED - SANDED
0.034" +/- 0.002" THICK - 7/8" WIDE - 250' LENGTH
Edgebanding is produced by joining individual pieces of veneer together into a continuous master roll by finger-jointing the veneer.
The rolls are laminated with a fleece, then sanded and slit to finished widths.
Finger joints are made by joining the veneer together using a die cut finger layout in the veneer and then gluing them together using joint tape.
To ensure color and grain matching at the finger joint, every other piece of veneer is flipped end to end.
The fleece (cellulous membrane) laminated to the back of the veneer provides strength to reduce cracking and breaking.
The fleece is also colored to blend with the veneer to reduce any line between the banding and the substrate.
Pre-Glued (with a hot melt glue applied to the backer) for use on a tabletop edgebander or applied by hand with an iron.

- 7/8" width
- 0.034" thick +/- 0.002 based on 0.12 of hot melt
- 250' lengths
- Color and grain matching at the finger joint ensured by the production method and selection.
- Fleece backer provides added strength on automatic non-glued and pre-glued Form-Edge and is colored to blend with veneer and substrate.
- Inner core prevents edgebanding from easily uncoiling.
