This 7-ply Russian Birch plywood has BB birch grade veneer on the face and CP on the back.

Russian Birch plywood, often referred to as Baltic Birch, is a high-quality panel product with a core unlike traditional plywood. The inner plies are solid birch veneer, cross-banded. Virtually void free and manufactured with uniformly thick veneer wood. Russian Birch’s multi-ply construction offers aesthetically pleasing faces and edges. Tremendously stable, strong and have exceptional machining properties.

BB - One-piece face generally light and uniform in color. Pin knots and small sound tight knots are allowed. Repaired defects (patches) allowed with limitations.

CP - One-piece face with sound intergrown knots light color only allowed. Other knots and knot holes allowed with limitations of size and number. Repaired defects allowed. Occasional hairline splits of less than 0.5mm are allowed
