Shoe moulding (sometimes known as quarter round) is applied to the perimeter of all the base cabinets, connecting cabinetry to flooring. In rooms with hard flooring surfaces, team base shoe moulding with baseboards to cover gaps between the baseboard and hard flooring surfaces such as tile, stone, sheet vinyl, hardwood, and laminate.
