SERVICES AND POLICIES





Plywood Company delivers a distinctively diverse line of products ranging from hardwood and softwood plywood, hardwood lumber, laminate, hardware to woodworking supplies to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

Orders may be picked up at our location Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 4:30pm.

Orders placed before 3pm CST will usually ship into the Dallas-Fort Worth area on a next day delivery basis. 

Orders for shipment outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area may take up to 48 hours to ship your order.  We try very hard to ship out our orders within 24 hours.  If for some reason a back order occurs, we will email or call you to make you aware of the situation.

Shipping methods include United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx Package, Fedex Freight and Fedex National LTL.  Plywood and panel material will always have to be delivered by truckline, unless we can cut panels to match UPS limitations.  Freight is estimated on an order by order basis.  In order to provide an accurate quote, we will need necessary shipping information.  You will need to provide us with your zip code.  If the shipping address is a residence, a limited access location, such as a school, church, construction site, prison, military base or establishment not open to walk-in public during normal business hours or locations that require special handling extra charges will apply.  You will need to arrange for unloading.  To avoid extra delivery charges for special locations, we can arrange for you to pick up your order at the closest freight service center. 

Panel products shipped on a pallet will incur a pallet charge of $20.00 minimum.  Rolled materials shipped by box will incur a $10.00 box charge.  Please call or email us to receive a free freight quote.

We are required by the State of Texas to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to an address within the State of Texas unless you can provide us with a signed tax exemption certificate.  If you are outside the State of Texas, you will not be charged sales tax.

RETURNS

For returns or exchanges, contact Customer Service for prior authorization at (817) 831-4206.  Credit will be issued once the material has been inspected and received back into the warehouse.

We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of  invoice in new condition and in original packaging.  Any item missing parts, damaged or broken may be refused for credit.  Once we receive your return in saleable condition, we will credit you the cost of the original item less 30% restock fee and shipping and handling.  You are responsible for return shipping charges.  We will not credit returned material without prior authorization.

Material shipped out by common carrier is not returnable.  We will not credit material returned by common carrier.  If you have material delivered by common carrier damaged, you will need to refuse shipment or you will be responsible for getting credit from the carrier.

Special Order products are NOT returnable.
